If you are not happy with our services, the outcomes of your learning, the way you have been treated, or are facing any other issues, we encourage you to provide feedback to us. 

If you are not happy with the outcome of your feedback, you can make a formal complaint.

A feedback can be made by speaking directly with college staff or in writing through email or our online form.

A complaint must be made by using our online form.

What can you provide feedback or complain about?

  • the service provided by us
  • our Student Support Officers or other admin staff
  • your class, your learning or your teacher
  • a problem that you may have
  • anything else that you are not happy about that is related to the college

Appeal

If you have received a formal decision from us or have been reported, you can appeal our decision. You must make the appeal in writing by using our online form.  Please note that you have only a limited timeframe to lodge an appeal.

What can you appeal?

  • A formal decision made by us
  • A letter of Intention to Report for attendance or academic progress
  • Owing monies
  • Letter informing you about being reported to the Immigration Department
  • Outcome of your complain
  • Any other decision made by us
