International students are restricted from switching their primary institution during their studies.
The college may release a student in compassionate or compelling circumstances.
The college will not release a student if they have a poor academic progress, low attendance or owing money.
Deferment, Suspension or Cancellation
Any changes to your enrolment is likely to have an effect on your student visa. The college must inform the Immigration Department through the PRISMS system about any changes to your enrolment, including cancellations. It is advisable that international students contact the Immigration Department if they cancel their enrolment or are reported.
Refund
The College may cancel student enrolments in some situations.
If a student wants to cancel their course at the College, a cancellation fee may apply.
