Agents and Consultants Provide Current, Accurate, and Honest Information in an Ethical Manner

• Provide realistic and appropriate information tailored to the individual student’s circumstances, particularly regarding language skills, capacity to pay, and level of study.
• Specify the rights and responsibilities of the student in the destination country.
• Refrain from claiming direct government endorsement or privileged relationships with public officials or government members where none exist, such as misuse of national brand logos.
• Provide a registration number or other identifier on advertising material.
• Use institutions’ officially approved material when promoting providers with whom agents have agreements.
