Important Notice for Visa Applicants

As we are seeing many visa refusals for various reasons, whether genuine or not, there is still time for applicants to act if their visa decision is still pending. You have the option to either provide additional information or withdraw your application. For those who are onshore, we strongly suggest attaching the following additional documents to strengthen your application:

  • Financial Support Evidence:
    • If you can demonstrate financial support, please provide a recent bank statement.
    • For a course lasting one year or more, the expected amount is $30,000.00 (for a single applicant)
    • For partners and family members, please see our post financial requirements

  • Employment Evidence:
    • If you have been employed before, please provide evidence of your employment history.

  • Career Plans:
    • If you mentioned that you will be seeking employment upon your return, provide additional information on how your studies will aid you in this process.

  • Business Plan:
    • If you indicated in your Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statement that you plan to open a business, please provide a comprehensive business plan.

By submitting these documents, you can significantly improve the chances of a positive outcome for your visa application. If you have any questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us or seek professional advice.
